Develop your management skills by providing support to Management teams, and independently supervise hospitality services and running shifts. You will gain experience across all areas of the hotel.

Develop fantastic hospitality skills and knowledge, gaining experience in all areas of the hotel. You will work as a team to deliver excellent customer service.
Level 2 | 12 Months Course | Entry Requirements – age 16+, basic English and Maths
Chef de Partie
Rotating around each section of the kitchen, you will prepare, cook and finish complex dishes. You will oversee and supervise the team, and gain and understanding of how the kitchen runs, including menu development, stock and food hygiene.
Level 3 | 18 Months Course | Entry Requirements – age 16+, English and Maths Level 2
Commis Chef
Rotating around each section of the kitchen, you will help prepare, cook and finish a variety of dishes as well gain an understanding of how the kitchen runs, including stock and food hygiene.
Level 2 | 12 Months Course | Entry Requirements – age 16+, English and Maths Level 1
