for Vouchers at Inglewood Manor
VALIDITY
Vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of purchase for the amount specified, for new bookings only.
DELIVERY OF GIFT VOUCHERS
Vouchers are issued either by email or post, to the address specified at time of purchase and can be sent to either the purchaser or the gift recipient, subject to purchaser’s reference
MAKING A BOOKING WITH A GIFT VOUCHER
Gift voucher bookings must be made in advance via telephone and are subject to availability. Bookings can be made directly with Inglewood Manor on 0151 339 5105. At the time of booking, vouchers must be specified as the method of payment, by quoting the voucher reference number and the corresponding voucher must then be presented on arrival at the hotel.
USE OF VOUCHER
The monetary voucher can be redeemed for use as full or part payment towards services at Boutique Hotel Group Venues. If you are unsure as to whether you voucher can be used then please ask at time of booking.
REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged, either fully or in part for cash of any amount. Cancellations of bookings made using gift vouchers can only be made in line with the terms and conditions relative to the rate or package booked.
LOST OR STOLEN VOUCHERS
Vouchers are the responsibility of the customer and any vouchers either lost or stolen cannot be replaced.

The following privacy statement applies to any customer data collected and/or held by Inglewood Manor, in relation to gift voucher ideas.
